The Principal, Leslie Warren, has an MSc in Project
Management. This underpins our commitment to delivering
a professional service to our clients. Responsible
to the Project Sponsor for all aspects of the
project, we can operate as an extension of the
Client’s organisation, or in an independent
capacity. Co-ordination of internal and external
resources into a cohesive and motivated team focused
on the Clients objectives. Managing the procurement
and appointment of consultants, contractors and
suppliers for our clients.
